After photographing a private project, the contractor was so impressed with her artistic vision that he used her photos for marketing. When he unexpectedly left, he entrusted her with managing the entire project.

Orit quickly found herself running a construction company, gaining hands-on experience in what she calls her "fast-track academy in construction". Shortly after, she was appointed CEO of Y. Yitzhakov Construction, becoming one of the pioneering women in Israel’s construction industry.

Over the years, Orit combined her practical knowledge with academic studies, completing a master’s degree in real estate. She has managed and overseen diverse projects, from private home construction and large-scale renovations to property brokerage, consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership and business acumen.
